Clare offers a variety of techniques that may be used in each session and discussed as required.

It is  possible to claim ACC, this can addressed on an individual basis.

Physiotherapy; Initial consult involves asking questions about your problems and establishing the factors that influence discomfort and identify your goals for wellness. This is followed by a physical assessment with testing to identify involved structures. Treatment and management are commenced time allowing. Follow up sessions involve a small review and continuation of the treatment and plan.

Clare draws on a number of modalities in her treatment approaches including clinical pilates and exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture and dry needling, visceral mobilisation (effects the fascia and movement of the organs in the body improving the function and movement of the body). Breath work and retraining to strengthen your diaphragm (breathing muscle) and improve whole body function.

 

Pelvic Health; 33% of women experience incontinence after birth. It is not necessary to put up with it. Pelvic floor disorders include incontinence (bladder and bowel), pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, issues with sexual intercourse and difficulties emptying the bladder and bowel. These can be effectively managed with pelvic floor activation and good management. It's never too late.

Zero Balancing; a transformative touch therapy. Deeply relaxing body mind therapy targeting the bones and surrounding tissues.  You may find yourself in a deep state of relaxation.
